Framework agreement with purchase orders and subsequent contracts for asbestos removal and building demolition services Tender procedure launched by a contracting authority group. The framework agreement shall be implemented by the award of subsequent contracts and the issuance of purchase orders under the conditions set out in the specification. The services are paid for using unit prices for the portion covered by purchase orders and a lump-sum and flat-rate price for the portion covered by subsequent contracts.
