TENDER DESCRIPTION

The works forming the subject of this framework agreement concern protective work by painting of structures and equipment of works of art on the road network of the Department of Nord. The services consist in carrying out refurbishment works on 2 types of representative structures located on the departmental road network of the Department of Nord. The description of the services and their technical specifications are more fully set out in the special technical clauses document. This is a multi-supplier framework agreement, concluded with a maximum of four (4) economic operators. It will be carried out in part by the award of subsequent contracts and in part by the issuance of purchase orders, when the need arises. If only one candidate is tendering or compliant, the framework agreement de facto becomes a single-supplier framework agreement. The contract is estimated at EUR 3,000,000.00 (excl. tax), i.e. EUR 3,600,000.00 (incl. tax) over 24 months. Therefore, the contract is estimated at EUR 6,000,000.00 (excl. tax), i.e. EUR 7,200,000.00 (incl. tax) over the total duration of the public contract (48 months).
