TENDER DESCRIPTION

The works covered by this framework agreement concern protection by painting of the structures and equipment of art works on the road network of the Nord Department. The services consist of carrying out refurbishment works on 2 types of representative structures located on the road network of the Nord Department. The description of the services and their technical specifications are indicated more fully in the special technical clauses document. This is a multi-award framework agreement, concluded with a maximum of four (4) economic operators. It will be carried out partly by the conclusion of subsequent contracts and partly by the issuing of call-off orders, when the need arises. If only one bidder is tendering or is compliant, the framework agreement will de facto become a single-award framework agreement. The contract is estimated at EUR 3,000,000.00 (excluding tax), i.e. EUR 3,600,000.00 (including tax) over 24 months.
