TENDER DESCRIPTION

The magnetic cards must be delivered within eight (8) days following the notification of the framework agreement, based on the exhaustive list (users, vehicles, …) provided by the Contracting Authority together with the notification. The card provides access to all service stations in France displaying the same brand; The successful tenderer must have at least one station located within a maximum radius of 10 km of the Municipal Technical Centre in Fourmies and a national network enabling refuelling during trips outside the municipality. The Community’s vehicle fleet consists of 5 heavy goods vehicles, 28 thermal light vehicles used by the technical services, 7 TP (public works) machines, a so-called motoring/grass-cutting equipment unit, 2 snow-clearing items, and 1 thermal light vehicle used by the sports service.
