TENDER DESCRIPTION

The magnetic cards must be delivered within eight (8) days following the notification of the framework agreement on the basis of the complete list (users, vehicles, …) provided by the Contracting Authority at the same time as the notification. The card gives access to all service stations in France displaying the same brand; The contractor must have at least one station located within a maximum radius of 10 km of the Municipal Technical Centre of Fourmies and a national network enabling fuel supply during trips outside the municipality. The fleet of the Contracting Authority comprises 5 heavy goods vehicles, 28 light thermal vehicles used by the technical services, 7 TP (public works) units, a so-called motoring/grass-cutting equipment unit, 2 snow-removal equipment units, and 1 light thermal vehicle used by the sports service.
