TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract covers the collection and washing of bring sites for glass, newspapers, journals, magazines, recyclable household packaging and household waste on the community territory, as well as the transport of collected waste streams to disposal outlets. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of twelve (12) months. This framework agreement is concluded as of 5 February 2027 or, if later, the date of notification to the contracting authority. This framework agreement includes three tacit renewals of twelve (12) months each. The framework agreement is concluded without any minimum amount, with a maximum of EUR 1,500,000 excluding tax (HT) for the initial period of twelve months and for each of the three renewals of the same duration, i.e. a cumulative maximum of EUR 6,000,000 excluding tax (HT), including all renewals. This framework agreement concerns the entire community territory, namely the communes of Arles, Tarascon, Saint-Martin-de-Crau, Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, Boulbon and Saint-Pierre-de-Mézoargues.
