TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement particularly consists of: • The prior study leading to the geographic location of all fixed-location pre-locators and hydrophone pre-locators for maximum coverage (1,345 km); • The supply and installation of leak pre-locators and their accessories for continuous listening; • The supply and installation of the VHF transmitting antennas of the pre-locators; • The supply and commissioning of the communication means via the GSM network; • Training of CAESM and SME (Lessee) personnel for use of the devices; • Training of CAESM and SME (lessee) personnel in operation of the data processing software from the pre-locators; • The proposal of a maintenance contract which will begin as soon as all devices are installed; The proposed contract shall be a lump-sum contract for a period of 5 years (start of due date on the date the equipment is installed); • A 5-year warranty on the supplied equipment and battery.
