TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement consists in particular of: • The preliminary study leading to the geographical location of all fixed-station leak pre-locators and hydrophone pre-locators for maximum coverage (1,345 km); • The supply and installation of leak pre-locators and their accessories for permanent monitoring; • The supply and installation of VHF antennas for the pre-locators; • The supply and commissioning of communication means via GSM network; • Training of CAESM and SME (Operator) personnel for the use of the devices; • Training of CAESM and SME (Operator) personnel for the operation of the software for processing data from the pre-locators; • Proposal of a maintenance contract which will start upon installation of all devices; the proposed contract will be fixed-price for a duration of 5 years (commencing from the date of equipment installation); • A 5-year warranty on the supplied equipment and batteries.
