TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement particularly consists of: • The preliminary study leading to the geographical location of all fixed station pre-locators and hydrophone pre-locators for maximum coverage (1,345 km); • The supply and installation of leak pre-locators and their accessories for continuous monitoring; • The supply and installation of the VHF transmitting antennas for the pre-locators; • The supply, commissioning of communication means via GSM network; • The training of CAESM and SME (Operator) personnel in the use of the devices; • The training of CAESM and SME (Operator) personnel in the operation of the data processing software from the pre-locators; • The proposal of a maintenance contract which will start upon installation of all devices; the proposed contract will be lump sum for a duration of 5 years (starting from the date of installation); • A 5-year warranty on the supplied equipment and batteries.
