TENDER DESCRIPTION

Consultation conducted pursuant to articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. For an initial duration starting at the earliest from the date of issue of the service order instructing the start of the services, or at the latest on 23/08/2027, until 31/12/2027. It is then tacitly renewable once for 24 months (from 01/01/2028 to 31/12/2029) under the conditions provided in the Special Contractual Conditions (CCP). It is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum per period (€1,105,000 excluding VAT maximum for the first period and €1,895,000 excluding VAT maximum for the second period). A maximum of €3,000,000 excluding VAT for the total duration of the framework agreement. The framework agreement is single-award. The framework agreement is concluded on unit prices, revisable under the provisions set out in the CCP. Free variants (at the candidate's initiative) constituting any kind of alternative to the consultation file as well as those constituting an additional service are prohibited.
