TENDER DESCRIPTION

Ad hoc services for general monitoring and guarding of the sites and premises owned by the ACCM agglomeration community or in which it carries out its responsibilities. The services must ensure security, monitor or, where applicable, prevent access to the premises, and prevent, intervene in and control any suspicious activity during a guarding assignment at one of the sites of the ACCM agglomeration community. The ACCM agglomeration community may also call on the service provider to ensure the security of various events. The service provider company must be in a position to supply the necessary personnel for assignments 365 days per year, 24 hours a day, and on multiple sites simultaneously. This framework agreement will be concluded starting 1 January 2027 (or from the date of notification if later) for a period of twelve (12) months. This framework agreement includes three (3) tacit renewals of twelve (12) months each. The order amount of the initial contract and of each renewal is limited to 300,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax (HT), i.e. a total amount of 1,200,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax (HT) over the total duration of the contract of forty-eight (48) months.
