TENDER DESCRIPTION

Ad hoc services for general surveillance and security guarding of sites and premises that are owned by the ACCM agglomeration community or in which it exercises its powers. The services must ensure security, monitor or, where appropriate, prevent access to the premises, and must prevent, intervene and monitor any suspicious activity during a security-guarding assignment at one of the sites of the ACCM agglomeration community. The ACCM agglomeration community may also call upon the contractor to ensure security for various events. The contractor company must be in a position to provide the necessary staff for assignments 365 days per year, 24 hours a day, and at multiple sites simultaneously. This framework agreement will be concluded with effect from 1 January 2027 (or from its date of notification if later) for a period of twelve (12) months. This framework agreement includes three (3) tacit renewals of twelve (12) months each.
