TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services required for the operation of the Arles transfer centre, including the reception, inspection, consolidation, sorting, conditioning and transfer of residual municipal waste (RMW), recyclable household packaging and other authorised waste streams, as well as their transport to the disposal sites designated by ACCM, are defined in the Specific Technical Clauses (Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP)). The contract is organised as a single lot covering the operation of the transfer centre, flow management, the provision and handling of alternative moving bed semi-trailers (FMA), and the transport of waste to the disposal sites designated by ACCM. The contractor is subject to an obligation of result under the conditions defined in the contractual documents. The contractor shall implement all means necessary to ensure the continuity of the public service, the safety of persons, environmental protection and compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
