TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services necessary for the operation of the Arles transfer centre, for the receipt, control, consolidation, handling and transfer of residual municipal waste (OMR), recyclable household packaging and other authorised waste streams, as well as for transporting them to the outlets designated by ACCM, are defined in the Particular Technical Clauses (CCTP). The contract is organised into a single lot grouping: operation of the transfer centre, waste-stream management, provision and handling of semi-trailers with an alternating reciprocating movable floor (FMA), as well as transport of waste to the outlets designated by ACCM. The contractor is subject to an obligation of results under the conditions defined in the contract documents. It implements all the resources necessary to ensure the continuity of the public service, the safety of persons, environmental protection and compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
