TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services necessary for the operation of the Arles transfer center, for the receipt, inspection, consolidation, packaging and transfer of residual municipal waste (OMR), recyclable household packaging and other authorized streams, as well as for their transport to the outlets designated by ACCM, are defined in the Special Technical Specifications (Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières, CCTP). The contract is organized as a single lot covering the operation of the transfer center, flow management, the provision and handling of alternating-direction flat-bottom semi-trailers (FMA), and the transport of waste to the outlets designated by ACCM. The contractor is subject to an obligation of results under the conditions defined in the contractual documents. It implements all the necessary resources in order to ensure the continuity of the public service, the safety of persons, environmental protection and compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
