TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services necessary for the operation of the Arles transfer centre, including reception, inspection, consolidation, handling and transfer of residual municipal waste (OMR), recyclable household packaging and other authorised streams, as well as their transport to the recovery/disposal sites designated by ACCM, are defined in the Particular Technical Specifications (CCTP). The contract is organised into a single lot covering the operation of the transfer centre, stream management, provision and handling of alternating-direction semi-trailers (FMA), as well as the transport of waste to the recovery/disposal sites designated by ACCM. The contractor is subject to an obligation of results under the conditions defined in the contractual documents. It puts in place all means necessary to ensure the continuity of the public service, the safety of persons, environmental protection, and compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
