TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation aims at carrying out engineering and geotechnical study missions in the context of new construction, rehabilitation, acquisition-improvement, demolition, re-residentialization and/or disposal of assets on the SA LES RÉSIDENCES portfolio, which extends over the departments of Yvelines and Essonne. This consultation is conducted in the form of an open tender, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2 and R. 2124-2 1° of the Public Procurement Code. In accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2113-10, L. 2113-11 and R. 2113-2 of the Public Procurement Code, the BUYER has chosen not to split the contract into lots. The subject of this contract does not allow the identification of separate services. This contract is concluded in the form of a public contract for intellectual services at unit price.
