TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the carrying out of engineering and geotechnical study missions within the framework of new construction, rehabilitation, acquisition-improvement, demolition, residential conversion and/or asset disposal operations on the assets of SA LES RÉSIDENCES, which extends over the departments of Yvelines and Essonne. This consultation is conducted by means of an open call for tenders, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2 and R. 2124-2 1° of the Public Procurement Code. In accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2113-10, L. 2113-11 and R. 2113-2 of the Public Procurement Code, the BUYER has chosen not to split into lots. The subject of the present contract does not allow the identification of distinct services. The present contract is concluded in the form of a public contract for intellectual services at unit prices.
