TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procurement procedure is to conclude a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders for maintenance and upkeep services for the stormwater network and buried stormwater drainage structures, falling under the competence of “Urban Stormwater Management” (GEPU) of the Arles Crau Camargue Montagnette Agglomeration Community (ACCM). This procurement procedure is a relaunch of procedure no. 2026-008, which was declared without follow-up for reasons of general interest. The expected services are defined and described in the Special Technical Specifications (Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières, CCTP). These services are provided within the framework of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders.
