TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Purchasing Service, Equipment Management, Supplies (SAGEF) of the Directorate for General Services (DSG) is responsible for purchasing supplies, moveable goods and service performances making it possible for the Department’s Directorates to have the necessary means to carry out their missions. For its needs, the Department has launched a framework agreement for the manufacture, delivery and installation of indoor and outdoor signage for the buildings of the Bouches-du-Rhône Department. It consists of the following services that are technically inseparable: Door plaques and directional panels; Facade announcement panels; Lettering and facade housing; Adhesives; Manufacture of Totems and large-volume panels; Bespoke made-to-measure panels; Installation and removal of these panels. Without any annual minimum amount and with an annual maximum amount of €450,000 excluding tax (HT). Estimated annual amount €238,879 excluding tax (HT).
