TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Purchases, Equipment Management, Supplies (SAGEF) Service of the Directorate of General Services (DSG) is responsible for purchasing supplies, movable property and service contracts enabling the Department’s Directorates to have the resources they need to carry out their missions. For its needs, the Department has launched a framework agreement for the manufacture, delivery and installation of indoor and outdoor signage for the buildings of the Bouches-du-Rhône Department. It comprises the following services that are technically inseparable: Door plates and directional panels; Announcement panels on facades; Lettering and facade casing; Adhesives; Manufacture of Totems and large-volume panels; Bespoke custom panels to size; Installation and removal of these panels. No annual minimum amount and with an annual maximum amount of €450,000 excluding VAT. Estimated annual amount of €238,879 excluding VAT. This framework agreement sets out all the terms for performance of the services; it is carried out as and when purchase orders are issued by the contracting authority.
