The contract is established for an initial period of one (1) year, commencing from its notification date. It includes an option for tacit renewal up to three (3) times, with each renewal lasting one (1) year. The maximum total duration of the contract, including all renewals, is set at four (4) years.

The core scope of work for this tender is the selection of a supplier for electrical materials, telephony equipment, lights with accessories, and electrician's tools to meet the needs of the city of Fort-de-France.

The Statement of Work (SOW) is structured as a framework agreement with purchase orders, divided into 8 distinct lots. It is a single-award agreement per lot, without minimum quantities but with maximum executory amounts over the total duration of the contract, including renewals.

The core deliverables are categorized into the following lots:

• Lot n°1: Electrical materials and accessories.
• Lot n°2: Lamps and apparatus.
• Lot n°3: Public lighting materials.
• Lot n°4: Telephone materials and stations.
• Lot n°5: Luminous signaling - lights and accessories.
• Lot n°6: Electrician tools.
• Lot n°7: Air conditioning.
• Lot n°8: Refrigeration tools.

The execution of services involves the supply of these materials, adhering to specified technical characteristics detailed for various lots. There are also environmental commitments required from the supplier, which will be subject to documentary control. Deliveries are subject to quantitative and qualitative verification upon reception at the municipal warehouse to ensure conformity with specifications. The contract duration is one year, with the possibility of three tacit renewals for successive one-year periods, not exceeding a total of four years.
