TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns a framework agreement with purchase orders for the supply and installation of dynamic display panels of various sizes and types (variable message signs and dynamic alert panels) for use in motorway settings. The services include the supply and installation of complete assemblies (panel + structure + associated civil engineering) or the sole replacement of existing obsolete panels while keeping the structure in place. In addition to the installation and removal work required to replace existing panels, the services include studies, inspection and acceptance operations, as-built documentation (recolement), and recycling of the removed equipment. The framework agreement also includes the supply and installation of panel accessories (handrails, louvred shutter, …), their control cabinet, as well as the associated electrical connection cables and networks. For indicative purposes, around one hundred panels are to be supplied during the term of the framework agreement.
