TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract, which involves setting up a single-awardee framework agreement with purchase orders, with a maximum in value, concerns the supply, integration, configuration, commissioning and maintenance of an Automatic Incident Detection (DAI) solution for motorway tunnels, including the software, the associated IT infrastructures and support and maintenance services. The supply of the DAI solution includes the software, but also the servers required for its operation. The integration services include installing the solution within the contracting authority’s information systems in accordance with the stated security requirements. The configuration services include adapting the software to the technical characteristics of each tunnel in order to achieve the required performance, but also carrying out the tests, possibly at night. The commissioning services include bringing the DAI into production and transferring operation of the DAI to the contracting authority’s teams. The maintenance services include software maintenance to be carried out during the term of the framework agreement, but also support services.
