TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement concerns the reception at a sorting centre, sorting and processing for packaging of waste from separate collection for the municipalities of Arles, Saint-Martin-de-Crau and Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. The description of the services and their technical specifications are set out in the special technical clauses document. The collection and transport services for waste to the sorting centre are not covered by this framework agreement. Framework agreement amount: For the initial period of 12 months, the maximum amount excluding tax (HT) of orders is set at 1 500 000 euro(s). For each renewal period of 3 months, the maximum amount excluding tax (HT) of orders is set at 375 000 euro(s). The maximum amount for the total duration of the framework agreement is set at 2 250 000 euro(s) HT. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 12 months from 1 December 2026 or from its date of notification if that is later. At the end of this initial period, the framework agreement may be renewed twice, for a duration of three months per renewal, in the event of delay in bringing the Rhoda'Tri sorting centre into service.
