TENDER DESCRIPTION

The “waste treatment” competence has been delegated to the Sud Rhône Environnement (SRE) syndicate for the communes of Boulbon, Saint-Pierre-de-Mézoargues and Tarascon. Only waste of the “bulky waste” type from the communes “outside the SRE” of Arles, Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer and Saint-Martin-de-Crau is covered by the services under this framework agreement. This consultation concerns the performance of “bulky waste” treatment services arising from the waste collection sites (déchèteries) located in the communes of Arles, Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer and Saint-Martin-de-Crau (deliveries to the point of disposal arranged in skips of 18 to 35 m3, loose or compacted using a compactor roller of the “Packmat” type, or by mechanical shovel) The order amount of the initial framework agreement and of each renewal is limited to EUR 1,000,000.00 excluding tax. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 12 months starting from 1 December 2026 or, if its notification takes place after this date, starting from the date of notification.
