TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the treatment of Residual Municipal Waste (OMR) and similar waste produced in the communes of Arles, Saint-Martin-de-Crau and the Saintes-Maries-de-la Mer. The service is broken down as follows: - Treatment of residual municipal waste and similar waste received at the Arles transfer centre and delivered by ACCM to treatment outlets in semi-trailers to Fond Mouvant Alternatif (FMA) - Treatment of residual municipal waste and similar waste produced in the commune of the Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer received at the Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer transfer centre and delivered to the outlet in a compacting container OR delivered directly in a Municipal Waste Bin (BOM) Transport of municipal waste to the treatment outlet is not part of this consultation. The framework agreement will be concluded from 1 December 2026 (or from its date of notification if later) until 08 September 2027.
