TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract, which involves the establishment of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, concerns performing removal, rewiring, integration, commissioning and maintenance services for Rockwell brand controllers supplied by the contracting authority, across all tunnels of the ESCOTA network. These controllers are used to control and supervise the safety equipment in the tunnels. The removal and rewiring services include dismantling and recycling the obsolete controllers in place, then replacing them with new controllers, also Rockwell brand. The integration services include installation, configuration and conducting tests to validate the conformity of the new equipment with all the operational equipment, requiring the integrator to have proven experience in the integration and implementation of Rockwell brand equipment. The commissioning services include putting into production and transferring the operation of the controllers to the ESCOTA technical teams. The 24/7 maintenance services include hardware maintenance of the controllers, as well as their software maintenance to be carried out during the term of the framework agreement.
