TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the installation and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems for IDF HABITAT and GENNEVILLIERS HABITAT (members of the SAC CAP HABITAT). Under this contract, the contractor will be responsible for: - Maintenance, or even updating of CCTV surveillance devices, - New installations and extension of existing systems across the entire asset portfolio. The CONTRACTOR will manage the works, maintenance and remote monitoring (telesurveillance) for each of the social landlords involved. It must ensure reporting and monitoring of projects in a distinct and separate manner, with, on the one hand, the contacts of Gennevilliers Habitat and, on the other, those of IDF Habitat.
