TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procurement concerns the performance of painting works in the housing units and buildings owned by Cannes Lérins Aménagement et Habitat (CLAH) The contract will be awarded as a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders pursuant to Article L2125-1.1°, of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is not divided into lots. The works covered by the contract are handled at unit prices based on the quantities actually carried out, without any particular complexity (issue of purchase orders). The value of all services is likely to vary as follows: Minimum amount €excluding tax per period: 100 000€ Maximum amount €excluding tax per period: 800 000€ The validity period of the framework agreement runs from the date of notification; it is set at 12 months, renewable 3 times, within a limit of 48 months.
