This framework agreement for the issuance of purchase orders covers the following services: - Renting of equipment, technical administration software and the associated services (preventive, corrective and evolutionary maintenance). - Maintaining in operational condition the entire solution provided. - Supply of consumables. - Supply of a print flow management solution (by entity, by site, by department/service and for all connected equipment). - Supply of an authentication solution (implementation of print management software with badge-based release). - Supply of an advanced scanning solution for multifunction equipment. - Standard supply of remote equipment supervision/administration software (training of administrators). - Support for users during the transition (training of users). - Invoicing for the rental and invoicing for page-based consumptions.
