TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns a service provision relating to an urban and social project management mission called "MOUS" for the support and rehousing of residents of the AGORALIM Goussainville site. It will be divided into three phases: - During a first phase, the service provider will conduct individual surveys with the households on the site to identify their occupancy status, their economic and social situation, as well as their rehousing needs. These surveys should allow updating and refining the previous social diagnosis and the provisional rehousing plan that were carried out in 2025. The service provider will also support SEMMARIS and its public partners in drafting a Rehousing Charter to formalize the objectives and obligations of each party regarding the effective rehousing of households. - During a second phase, the service provider will assist SEMMARIS and its partners in the effective rehousing of eligible households, which constitutes the operational stage of rehousing during which the exchanges between the service provider and the occupants must lead to the rehousing of the households. - During a third phase, the service provider will draw up the rehousing…
