TENDER DESCRIPTION

The consultation aims to set up a Framework Agreement with the purpose of selecting two companies that will be admitted to submit offers with a view to the award of subsequent contracts for the supply and transportation of natural gas required for the needs of the sites included within the scope of the framework agreement, under the terms set out in the CCTP and CCAP. The contractor is responsible for the supply and transportation of natural gas, ensuring continuous supply and without any alteration to the needs of the Contracting Authority's Delivery Points (PdL), as well as the associated and complementary services. This supply is understood to mean a “single contract”, comprising access to and use of the public distribution network managed by the Distribution Network Manager (GRD), and including the role of balancing responsible.
