TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement concerns design and project management services relating to new construction operations for any production facility, including: - Intake points, - Alert stations, - Treatment installations, - Lifting and storage structures, - Pumping stations, - Storage reservoirs and pressurising systems, - Dechlorination/rechlorination units on the network, etc. The scope of the works will be adapted to the characteristics of each operation and may include: - Civil engineering works, second fix and underground utilities and services (VRD), namely: o Works and interventions on the external envelope (facades, walls, roofs…), o The load-bearing structure (including its foundation system), o Second fix works and associated equipment, o Internal and roof waterproofing, interior fitting-out (partitioning, partition walls…), o External works (roads, green spaces, fencing and gates…) and all associated requirements. - Works for equipment and devices integrated into the operation and the building itself of the structure, necessary for the functions and requirements of the drinking water service and industrial premises, namely: o Hydraulic works, o Electromechanical…
