TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement is intended to provide project management (engineering design) services for road and street works development in the territory of the City of La Teste-de-Buch. This contract is multi-awardee. The contract is awarded to three (3) distinct contractors (a single economic operator or a grouping of economic operators). It takes the form of a framework agreement with subsequent contracts, as provided for in Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-7 to R2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code. The subsequent contracts concluded on the basis of this framework agreement will be handled at a fixed price. The framework agreement is awarded up to a maximum of EUR 450,000 excluding tax per year. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial performance period of one (1) year from the date on which the notification is received by the contractor. It may be renewed by tacit renewal and for periods of twelve months. The total duration of the framework agreement (initial period and renewals) may not exceed four (4) years.
