TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement will be implemented by the conclusion of subsequent contracts. The services are settled by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. This multi-award framework agreement with subsequent contracts concerns a set of services inherent to earthworks, stormwater drainage networks, small masonry works, and the provision of equipment for departmental roadworks in the South-West territory of the Ardèche department. This framework agreement will result in ordinary subsequent contracts depending on the occurrence of needs, and subsequent contracts with order forms for small-scale interventions.
