The contract timeline is as follows:

• Contract Start Date: The agreement-framework takes effect from its date of notification to the holder. This date will be communicated via a message sent through the State's procurement platform with an acknowledgment of receipt.
• Initial Duration: The agreement-framework is concluded for an initial period of twelve (12) months.
• Renewal: It can be tacitly renewed by the public entity up to three (3) times for the same duration.
• Total Duration: The total duration of the agreement-framework cannot exceed four (4) years (48 months), in accordance with Article L2125-1 of the Public Procurement Code.
• Order Forms Execution: Order forms issued during the validity period of the framework agreement can be executed beyond that period, up to the reception of the services that are the object of the order form, within a limit of three (3) months.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the production of audiovisual and multimedia programs for the Musée du quai Branly – Jacques Chirac. This encompasses pre-production, production, realization, post-production, and deployment services.

A summary of the Statement of Work and core deliverables includes:

• Note of intent for each program: Detailing editorial intention, structure (plan, hierarchy), and description of online consultation and work-monitoring tools, allowing the museum to annotate timelines, graphic and functional models, and programs in production.
• Production calendar, methodology, and budget: A proposal for each program ordered, including phased breakdown, resource indication, methodology, and associated pricing.
• Writing and conception services: This may involve the elaboration and drafting of a synopsis and/or a screenplay.
• Assistance in funding research: This service may be requested.
• Data transfer server: The contractor must provide an FTP or other exchange platform to store all production elements during the order execution.
• Obligation of result: The contractor is responsible for implementing all necessary means to ensure timely and proper execution of services.
• Final Deliverables: These include, but are not limited to, the full editable source code with documentation, installation software for open-source frameworks, original uncompressed raw footage, editing files (e.g., Avid, FinalCut, Premiere) with all associated media (video, audio, photographic, vector files), descriptions and settings of plugins, various ready-to-broadcast (PAD) files, text files for transcription, translation, and subtitling (including timecodes), 3D scene files in original and FBX format, 3D object files in original and OBJ format with bitmap images, and animation and motion design files (e.g., After Effects).
