TENDER DESCRIPTION
Intellectual services to provide operational support to RTE project teams for the construction and modification of the public electricity transmission grid infrastructure (overhead lines, underground connections, substations): support for project steering (preparation and monitoring of schedules, dashboards, monitoring of budget and contractual matters, preparation of meetings/committees, coordination of interfaces) and technical support (production and verification of technical deliverables in the studies and construction phases, analyses, consultations and monitoring of construction contracts, monitoring of worksites). The lot is divided into 7 regional sub-lots, each attached to an RTE regional centre: sub-lot 1 Nancy, sub-lot 2 Lille, sub-lot 3 Paris, sub-lot 4 Nantes, sub-lot 5 Lyon, sub-lot 6 Marseille, sub-lot 7 Toulouse. A map of the geographical scope is annexed to this notice. Bidders may position themselves for one, several or all sub-lots. It is planned to select 4 awardees per sub-lot, subject to the offers being admissible. The framework agreement is implemented by subsequent contracts.
