TENDER DESCRIPTION

This lot concerns technical diagnostics. This framework agreement is executed as purchase orders are issued by the contracting authority. It is a framework agreement awarded to three (3) economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of bids). Purchase orders will be awarded to the holders in order of ranking on a rotating basis throughout the duration of the framework agreement (including renewal periods) as needs arise. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the date of notification and for a maximum amount of 800,000 Euros excl. VAT. It is renewable three times under the same conditions, i.e. a maximum duration of 4 years and a maximum amount of 3,200,000 Euros excl. VAT for all periods combined.
