Coaching individuel

The contract timeline is as follows:

The framework agreement is concluded for a firm duration of twenty-four (24) months, starting from its notification date. It takes effect on this date. The agreement is tacitly renewable two (2) times for periods of twelve (12) months each. The total duration of the framework agreement, including renewals, cannot exceed forty-eight (48) months.

The core scope of work for this tender is divided into two main lots: Coaching Individuel (Individual Coaching) and Coaching Collectif et Supervision (Collective Coaching and Supervision). The prices for the market include project management and contract piloting.

For Coaching Individuel (Lot 1), the services include:

• Preparation interviews and an initial multipartite meeting.
• Individual coaching sessions, an intermediate multipartite meeting, and a final/closing multipartite meeting.
• An annual review and meeting.

For Coaching Collectif et Supervision (Lot 2), the services include:

• Coaching Collectif:
• Framing of collective coaching and closure of collective coaching. This framing involves qualifying the collective accompaniment request, defining intervention modalities, analyzing the situation, context, managerial challenges, and objectives, and identifying accompaniment needs. It results in a formalized, argued intervention proposal detailing preparation and animation, and estimated hours.
• Preparation and animation of collective sessions. Animation tasks include the methodological design and scenarization of sessions, coordination between external and internal coaches, and the preparation and animation of sessions for various group sizes and types (e.g., binomes, trinomes, CODIR, teams).
• Deliverables for animation include animation materials, a signed attendance sheet, and a precise record of all hours of services performed, broken down by item.
• Supervision:
• Individual supervision.
• Collective supervision organized for the coaching poles.
• Participation in collective supervision.
• Framing and closure for large group supervision.
• Large group supervision (animation), which focuses on developing the skills of internal coaches by providing tools and intervention methods, covering supervision, mutualization, and methodological exchanges. It includes preparation, animation, conception, production, and dissemination of support materials.
• The deliverable for large group supervision is a signed attendance sheet by the group representative.

Mission expenses (Frais de mission) are also covered for both lots, with reimbursement modalities specified in the CCTP and subject to validation.
