TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns a framework agreement for the preparation, cooking, delivery and unloading of meals in chilled connection, for the home meal delivery service set up by the Communauté de communes Gally-Mauldre for the benefit of elderly people or people with disabilities. This framework agreement is awarded using a formal procedure of the restricted tender type, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2124-2, R2124-2 and R2162-2 to R2162-5 of the French Public Procurement Code (Code de la commande publique). This single-award framework agreement will be carried out by means of purchase orders in accordance with Articles L2125-1, R2162-1 and the following, R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. No minimum amount; Annual maximum amount: 150,000 euros excl. VAT The framework agreement is awarded for a period of one year from 1 January 2027, tacitly renewable three (3) times for a duration of one year each time.
