TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns a framework agreement for the preparation, cooking, delivery and unloading of meals in cold-chain connection, for the home-delivered meals service set up by the Communauté de Communes Gally-Mauldre for the benefit of elderly persons or persons with a disability. This framework agreement is awarded using a formal procedure of the invitation to tender type in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2124-2, R2124-2 and R2162-2 to R2162-5 of the Public Procurement Code. This single-award framework agreement will be executed by means of purchase orders in accordance with Articles L2125-1, R2162-1 and the following, R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. No minimum amount; Annual maximum amount: 150 000 euro(s) excluding tax (HT) The framework agreement is awarded for a period of one (1) year starting from 1 January 2027, renewable tacitly three (3) times for a duration of one (1) year.
