TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns a framework agreement for the preparation, cooking, delivery and unloading of meals in cold-chain service, for the meal-delivery at home service set up by the Communauté de communes Gally-Mauldre for the benefit of elderly people or persons with disabilities. This framework agreement is awarded using a formal procedure of the negotiated procedure with publication type call for tenders, in application of the provisions of Articles L2124-2, R2124-2 and R2162-2 to R2162-5 of the Public Procurement Code. This single-award framework agreement will be performed by means of purchase orders, in accordance with Articles L2125-1, R2162-1 and the following, R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. No minimum amount; Annual maximum amount: 150 000 euro(s) excluding tax. The framework agreement is awarded for a period of one year from 1 January 2027, tacitly renewable three (3) times for a period of one year.
