TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract, subject of this consultation, aims at the selection of three (3) Holders for the creation of a Specialized Professional Fund (FPS) or the takeover of a General Purpose Investment Fund (FIVG) which must be transformed into an FPS (hereinafter the "Fund(s)") and the management of these Funds according to a so-called euro bond strategy in absolute performance. Each Holder who has received a Purchase Order will be tasked with creating or taking over a Fund with an absolute performance euro bond strategy.
