TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot 01 concerns the maintenance services for the SAS units of buildings branded Dormakaba. The sites covered by Lot 01 are: - The Banque de France Head Office at 31 rue Croix des Petits Champs - 75001 PARIS About thirty items of equipment are covered by this lot and consist of: • SAS • Turnstiles • Doors The framework agreement mainly includes the following lump-sum base services: - Technical maintenance (preventive and corrective) of the installations and equipment that are the subject of the contract: - Improvement maintenance to improve reliability, security, performance or ergonomics - Monitoring and search for optimization of the installations; - The establishment of spare parts stocks if necessary, and their management, to meet the Guaranteed Response Times (GTI), Guaranteed Restoration Times (GTR) and corrective maintenance, - Provision by the CONTRACTOR, if it has one, of its Computer-Assisted Maintenance Management (GMAO) for monitoring interventions and reports - Provision of an IT management tool in order to allow secure access to information concerning the entire fleet, monitoring of interventions, and visit reports, invoices and compliance files. - Administrative…
