TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement mainly includes the following lump-sum base services: - Technical maintenance (preventive and corrective) of the installations and equipment that are the subject of the contract: - Maintenance of software solutions (corrective, adaptive and evolutionary). - Maintaining in safe operating condition (MCS) has the objective of keeping the equipment at the required level in terms of cybersecurity. - Monitoring and searching for optimization of the installations; - The constitution of spare parts stocks if necessary, and their management, to meet the Guaranteed Times of Intervention (GTI), the Guaranteed Times of Restoration (GTR) and for corrective maintenance, - Provision by the CONTRACTOR, if it has one, of its Computer-Assisted Maintenance Management (GMAO) for monitoring interventions and reports - Provision of an IT management tool in order to enable secure access to information concerning the entire fleet, monitoring of interventions, and visit reports, invoices and compliance files. - Administrative monitoring of maintenance operations (minutes, reports, meetings, monitoring of subcontractors, operations, keeping technical, regulatory and administrative…
