TENDER DESCRIPTION
This consultation is intended to award a framework agreement in order to carry out a project management assignment regarding landscaping of public spaces and the residentialisation of dwellings in the mining town of Jard Cernay in Condé-sur-l’Escaut. This will be accompanied by additional missions as well as optional missions aimed at establishing administrative procedures linked to certain regulatory files to which the project would be subject.
