Framework agreement for urban and operational project management for the redevelopment of the Doutre ring road in Angers. This framework agreement is concluded with 3 awardees, subject to a sufficient number of tenders. It is carried out mainly through subsequent contracts. Framework agreement estimated at EUR 1,500,000 excl. tax (EUR HT) and concluded with a maximum set at EUR 2,500,000 excl. tax (EUR HT). The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 8 years, considering the duration over time of the operation. For the present framework agreement for project management, the mandatory skills are the following: planning / landscape / BE VRD / Heritage advisory architect / transport and mobility / public lighting / environment and circular economy / OPC and Consultation. Candidates may add any other skill they deem useful. The project management assignments will be specified in each subsequent contract. The first subsequent contract will be used to establish the master plan for the duration of the development of the relevant perimeter.
