TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this consultation is to establish a framework agreement for urban design and delivery management services for the development of Saint-Aubin and Bressigny Streets in Angers. Framework agreement without a minimum and with a maximum set at EUR 1,000,000 ex VAT over the total duration of the framework agreement. It is concluded with 1 economic operator or grouping and will give rise to the issue of purchase orders. The framework agreement is executed by issuing purchase orders for each design management assignment. The duration of the framework agreement is estimated at 8 years due to the subject matter of the urban development operation and the timeframes for implementing the projects. For this framework agreement for design management, the mandatory skills are as follows: Urban planning / Landscape / VRD engineering office / Transport and mobility / Public lighting / Environment and circular economy / Project management (OPC) / Stakeholder engagement.
