The contract is initially concluded for a period of one year, taking effect from its notification to the successful tenderer. It is renewable two times, each for a period of one year, resulting in a maximum total duration of three years.

Key phases mentioned in the CCTP include:

• Phase 2 - Operational Transfer: From J+15 to J+75, during which the contractor carries out the actual transfer of all assets according to the approved plan.
• Phase 3 - Closure and Validation: From J+75 to J+90, where the coordinator validates the completion of the transfer, and the contractor removes system access and confirms data deletion.

The specific execution deadlines are detailed in the CCAP and CCTP, with any unlisted deadlines to be specified in individual purchase orders. The execution period for these begins upon the notification date of each purchase order.

The core scope of work for this tender, which is a single-award framework agreement, is the deployment of generative artificial intelligence (GAI) solutions.

The key services and deliverables encompassed in the Statement of Work include:

• Initial Global Audit, Consulting, and AI Technology Watch: This involves identifying relevant AI use cases, analyzing and recommending suitable technological tools, developing a detailed implementation roadmap with milestones and responsibilities, estimating return on investment (ROI) and time savings, identifying advanced AI projects (like agents and custom tools), designing an internal AI Hub (including a use case bank and prompt library), and presenting strategic recommendations to the steering committee with a quantified action plan. Deliverables include a comprehensive audit/consulting report, an implementation roadmap, and a CODIR presentation.
• AI Training: Providing modular training programs for various audiences, including executives, management, business functions, and support staff.
• AI License Subscription and Management: This service covers the procurement, administration, support (N1/N2), and compliance of generative AI licenses from third-party publishers such as OpenAI/ChatGPT, Anthropic/Claude, Microsoft/Copilot, and their equivalents.
• Development of Custom AI Tools: Creating specific business applications, conversational agents, automations, and integrating these with existing information systems, available in accelerated (Vibe Coding) or long-term agency formats.
